Delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time
Processing time includes the production time of the product.
Production time vary by product type. Common Products require 1-2 days production time, Customized Products take a little longer to produce, usually up to 3-7 days. this time is not included in the delivery time. Thank you for understanding.
When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. Our carriers are: 4PX, Yun Express, FEDEX and DHL.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case: You will not incur additional shipping charges.
Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.
Please note: We are unable to provide delivery for PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses, please reserve a house number address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.
NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via USPS!
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping, maybe some tracking is not available.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Policy for Returns and Refunds

REFUND AND RETURN
Because custom orders are individualized, they are not returnable or exchangeable. We will begin the order customizing process as soon as you place your purchase. Consequently, we are unable to allow modifications to the personalized information, such as size or color, after the order has been placed.
If it turns out to be our error, we will send you a new product and resolve the issue right away. Unfortunately, in this case, refunds are not accepted. Please be aware that things that are personalized come with your own customizable information. They cannot be resold after they are sold. Thank you for your understanding!
CANCELLATION
Once your order is locked for processing once you place it, it cannot be changed or canceled.
We are sorry to inform you that once a personalized order is placed, it cannot be changed because it is locked for processing. Before finalizing the order, please thoroughly verify all the details.
FREE REPLACEMENT
This is applicable to packages that have not been stucked in logistics for longer than three weeks or that arrive far later than we had anticipated. In a timely manner, you will receive a FREE replacement if there is no issue with the delivery address.
Additionally, if the product(s) fails within 30 days of the order's arrival, we will assume full responsibility.
1)Have experienced malfunctions, damage, or crashes as a result of errors from our factory or the carrier;
2) Differ significantly from what you ordered, such as when your personalized information was encoded inaccurately.
Procedure for Replacement:
Kindly email us with the following details,
1) Order number and email address
2) A picture or video of the faulty item
3) Please attach pictures of the printing error if your claim relates to one.
4) If your complaint concerns the sizing, please enclose a measuring tape, stick, or ruler with the images of the impacted clothing.
If our customer service confirms that the situation described above applies to you, we will send you a new product again. We don't have refund policies because we think that REPLACEMENT will help you resolve your issue the best we can.
We typically DO NOT accept replacements due to customers’ mistakes such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. So please check your address carefully before you check out.
Additionally, please allow for a 20% difference between the advertised and actual items you receive because sometimes the lighting during photo shoots or the monitor's display may cause the advertised images to differ slightly in color from the actual item.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

The time limit for processing an order after placing an order is 7-15 days
